Solar lamp post!
The remains of a dilapidated jetty is kind of an attraction at the Alleppey (Alappuzha) beach. Sitting here soaking in the setting sun you could just think of what the mighty structure would have looked like in its prime, now just reduced to rusted and corroded columns taking the never ending beating of the sea waves. Again one of the many examples how nature takes back everything eventually!!!

Sebastian the crab!!!
This guy was busy doing his usual hole digging. I was impressed by the persistence of the little guy, going in digging deep and bringing out a armful of sand to dump on the outside, then wait and canvas for threats before diving back in. Sat there for over for a fairly long time just admiring this little thing go about it’s daily routine. The sea waves almost undo all his work several times a day. Isn’t nature beautiful!
