It extends beyond the mat, into our daily rhythms, choices, and way of living. Equal importance is given to dinacharya (daily routine), with guidance on how to thoughtfully integrate these practices into everyday life.

Each session of our ‘Asana and Pranayama’ Batch is thoughtfully guided and changes according to the readiness of the practitioner, the time of day, and the season, enabling a step forward in each one’s journey inwards.
