Debt Recovery Agent training and certification

We "Trade Kart India Enterprises" conducting the DRA (Dept Recovery Agents) training and arrange the DRA examination to complete the DRA certification.

The course details are as follows:

Course Name: Debt Recovery Agent

Description: The Debt Recovery Agents should understand the regulations governing their work as DRAs, their duties and responsibilities as well as their rights, soft-skills and strategies needed for collections, the reporting and monitoring process and the importance of non harassing & polite recovery

Eligibility: 12th standard pass

Duration: 100 hours delivered over 10 days
