We are hiring Technical Recruiter for a reputed IT firm in Noida. It's a contractual position ( later on it can be absorbed by the company) . The work model is hybrid. Salary up to 4 LPA.

Experienced Technical Recruiter(Permanent Work From Home)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have Experience into IT Recruitment (contractual)
• Plan and execute recruiting position.
• sourcing the candidates through job portals like naukri and monster and also through reference/Head Hunting
• sourcing the suitable and Quality candidates from the target companies
• Strong experience into contractual Hiring(C2H)
• Strong experience into IT Recruitment.
• Should have knowledge on various job portals, social media hiring etc.
• Screen and shortlist candidate.
• Follow up with the hiring manager and get the position closed.
Build up rapport with candidates and ensure that selected candidates get on board

Reputes IT firm looking for Technical recruiter with 4-5 years of experience in the same domain

1.Write and post technical job descriptions
2.Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
3.Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities
4.Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
5.Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
6.Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
7. Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
