DCBC Ambassador Envoys head missions within DCBC Diasporic Chapter communities of migrants who left their ancestral homeland to study or work and settled in a new country, however, like to maintain a close connection with the homeland and travel back to visit relatives and friends. A DCBC Delegation of Diaspora Chapters are a Foreign Affairs Office of an FBC Society in countries such as UK, USA, Australia etc and organise and carry out outreach activity and support for the FBC Society Delegation of their homeland.
