Job Summary
The Nightclub Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through VIP table sales, bottle service, private events, and strategic partnerships. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, maximizing nightly sales, and promoting the nightclub as a premier nightlife destination.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Sell VIP tables, bottle service, and special event packages
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Upsell premium bottles, experiences, and add-ons
Track reservations, guest spend, and revenue performance
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, promoters, and concierge contacts
Manage repeat clientele and VIP guests
Handle client inquiries, confirmations, and special requests
Event & Promotion Coordination
Collaborate with marketing, promoters, and DJs to maximize event attendance
Assist in planning and executing themed nights, private events, and brand activations
Coordinate guest lists and VIP arrivals with door and floor staff
Team Leadership
Manage and motivate hosts, promoters, and sales staff
Train staff on sales techniques, guest experience, and upselling
Create sales schedules and assign nightly responsibilities
Operations & Reporting
Monitor nightly sales, guest flow, and table occupancy
Prepare sales reports and performance summaries for management
Ensure compliance with club policies, pricing, and service standards
*Qualifications & Skills*
Proven experience in nightlife, hospitality, or high-end sales
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Knowledge of bottle service pricing and nightlife trends
Preferred Experience
Previous nightclub sales, VIP hosting, or promoter experience
Established client or promoter network
Familiarity with reservation and CRM systems
