राधा के सत्य होने का प्रमाण!

गर्ग संहिता में राधा और कृष्ण की लीलाओं के बारे में बताया गया है. राधा-कृष्ण के प्रेम के बारे में बताया गया है. इस संहिता में मधुर श्रीकृष्णलीला है. इसमें राधाजी की माधुर्य-भाव वाली लीलाओं का वर्णन है. श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता में जो कुछ सूत्ररूप से कहा गया है, गर्ग-संहिता में उसी का बखान किया गया है. अगर गर्ग मुनि यदुवंशियों के कुलगुरू थे तो ऐसा कैसे हो सकता है कि वो अपने सामने चल रही कृष्ण लीला में किसी काल्पनिक किरदार का चित्रण करेंगे? यहीं से मिलता है राधा के सत्य होने का प्रमाण!

"श्री राधा के सौंदर्य का अद्भुत वर्णन"

भक्तिकाल के कवि सूरदास ने अपने लेखन में राधा-रानी को सौंदर्य की प्रति-मूर्ति बताया है. उन्होंने राधा का वर्णन, परम सुंदरी बालिका के रूप से लेकर रास-लीला में उनकी भूमिका और कृष्ण के जीवन में राधा के महत्व तक किया है.

‘भक्ति आंदोलन और सूरदास’ शीर्षक पुस्तक में सूरदास को उद्धृत करते हुए कहा गया है कि सूरदास ने रास-लीला के समय राधा के रूप का नख-शिख वर्णन किया है. सूरदास कहते हैं-

काम कमान-समान भौंह दोउ, चंचल नैन सरोज।

अलि-गंजन अंजन-रेखा दै, बरषत बान मनोज।

कंबु कंठ नाना मनि भूषण, उर मुक्ता की माल।

कनक किंकिनी-नूपुर-कलरव, कूजत बाल मराल।

चौकी हेम, चंद्र-मनि लागी, रतन जराइ खचाई।

भुवन चतुर्दस की सुंदरता, राधे मुखहिं रचाई।

The Story of Arjunia - Arjun as a Gopi

Once Arjun said to Krishna, "I want to understand the love of Vrindavan, I want to understand the love of your Gopis, I want to understand the mercy of Radharani", to which Krishna told Arjuna that it was an impossible subject to discuss and too confidential for him (Arjun) to understand.

Krishna said "you cannot simply understand, what is Gopis love, what is Radha’s love, what is Vrindavan’s love? But if you want to understand it you must experience it". Then, HE told Krishna to go to Mother Parvati, and appeal to her and through her He [Krishna] will give the means. So Arjuna expressed Krishna’s instruction to Parvati and she gave him a mantra and told him how to do various types of tapasya. Finally, she took him to a lake and he bathed in that lake for purification and there he was greeted by a Gopi who took him to another lake in Vrindavan. And after bathing in that lake of nectar, when he came out, he was no more Arjuna, he was ‘Arjunia’. He had a female body of a Gopi. And he completely forgot his previous identity. There was no trace of recollection.

This Gopi took Arjunia into the assembly of other Gopis and they were very curious to meet this new Gopi. They said, "please tell us who are you, where are you coming from, why have you come"? And Arjunia said, "I don’t know who I am, I don’t know where I am coming from and I don’t know why I am here. The only thing I remember in my whole life is that I am coming out of a lake and I am a Gopi". So they taught her how to chant various mantras. And then brought her into a Kunja, where she was brought before Goddess Srimati Radharani.

Arjunia, seeing the beauty, the mercy, the love of Sri Radharani, fell at HER feet in complete surrender and Sri Radharani presented her to Krishna. Krishna sported with Arjunia in the forest. And then Sri Radharani asked him to go to the lake and bath again. Arjunia followed the instructions and became Arjuna again. But he did not forget all that had happened.

So, even Arjuna is longing to experience the love of Vrindavan. He's as curious to know what is the love of Vrindavan, the abode of Vrindavaneshwari, Sri Radharani, who is the Supreme Goddess of Vrindavan.

When Krishna's best friend, couldn't understand these things, who are we? So simply surrender onto the lotus feet of the Ever Loving and Caring Mother - Srimati Radharani and may she bestow her blessings unto all of us.
