Inter department (south district)football tournament final match played between Land Revenue & Disaster Management Department and Energy and Power Department today at Namchi, tournament was organised by SDFA. Match went very interesting and tough to both and team and at last LR & DM Dept won the match against Power and energy dept in tiebreaker. SDFA would like to congratulate both the team for a successful match and also would like to thank all the department and every supportive person inbolved in the tournament. This tournament wouldn't have been interesting without our very enthusiastic chief guest, Mrs Tilu Gurung honourable parliamentary secretary /Area MLA Namthang Rateypani. Final match of 70th independence day inter school boys U-14 football tournament organised by SDFA played today at Namchi singithang public ground between Namchi Public School vs Namchi Senior Secondary School.
Namchi senior secondary school defeated Namchi Public School and became the U-14 inter school boys football tournament. Namchi senior secondary scored 1goal against none and raised the final trophy. This cherishing moment was graced by the Honourable Parliamentary Secretary/Area MLA Smt Tilu Gurung as a chief guest.
