In 7000 sq ft Factory shed, 1000 sqft had to be built as an office. Being the clients major Factory the office had to designed as main Office of the company. Main concern was to design high end office using Sustainable and Long lasting materials.
The right height: Most people mistakenly believe that pictures should be hung at eye level. But whose eye? A 6'0" man or a 5'4" woman? A better way is by relating it to the furniture below it. A good rule of thumb is to hang a picture so that the bottom is 12-15" above a sofa back or 8-10" below the door height. Higher than that and it becomes disconnected from the furniture and makes the room look out of balance.
