You can make any exercise more challanging for your clients if you see them doing it too easily with minimal effort.

Being a personal trainer is not just about possessing knowledge but also about how you use the knowledge you possess to best suit your client’s goals.

It takes a creative mind to add nuances and variations to the exercises you have been making them perform.

Especially when you have a client like who owns a brand that stands for creativity among other values you do need to stimulate your brain to keep things interesting 🔥🙌🏻💪🏻

Challenging his pecs, delts, triceps and core after a brutal push day to see how well they fire after exhaustion.
A regular plank is relatively easy for him now.

Try this in your next workout if you find a conventional plank easy!

4 months apart!

The picture on the left is when I started working out again in September after the lockdown was eased and gyms had opened.

I was worried I’d go back to lookin like that when the 3rd wave hit but thankfully gyms are operating this time at 50% capacity.

Remember: It’s not about the look. It’s always about the performance and living a healthy life. Aesthetics are bound to follow!

Working out should be a fun thing to do to de-stress and become a better version of yourself.

You should look forward to your workouts but many people dread their workouts and one of the reasons for that is because they’re not fun.

Nobody likes a monotonous routine.

Including different workouts in your routine not only makes workouts fun, but also, helps you understand your body better!

It helps you gain a deeper insight into what works for you best, what you enjoy the most. So that you can do more of that and make the most of your time!
