Skill Mill is a movement dedicated to breaking these barriers and unleashing the latent potential to learn and think innovatively within everybody, it was started and is currently led by Zahir Mirza, a man who holds over 27 years of decorated experience in advertising. He is a creative artist with a vast array of skills and specialties who retired from his professional career as he realized the importance of creativity and innovation in daily life and decided to make it his mission to help everyone understand this and aid them in their life's struggles. He has trained, mentored and coached many Ad Industry veterans and now plans to help every individual realize his/her true potential by evoking their creative side. Skill Mill offers experiential training workshops, which allows participants to explore and develop their creative skills, activate their dormant competencies and hone their ability to think and act out of the box, making life easier and much more interesting. We use unique teaching and communication techniques like brainstorming, mind mapping, visual learning, role-playing and many more, which make our workshops extremely unique, engaging and effective with sustainable results.
