Happy Menstrual Hygiene Day!
Celebrating today in honour of the natural act of periods, we believe it is time to move on from the menstrual taboos and to care about menstrual hygiene, because there should be no shame in bleeding.

First periods can be daunting, especially when its all new and not something you've had to worry about or deal with before.

Most girls get their first periods around the age of 12. But getting it any time between the age of 10-15 is OK. Every girls body has its own schedule afterall!

This Menstrual Awareness Month, we are trying to tell you so we can open a healthy discussion on periods, and take the conversation forward.

Unlike popular belief, there many reasons why PCOS affects a large number of the female population- from hormonal imbalance to even genetic conditions. To reduce it behind the terms of weight means ignoring a large number of medical issues that could otherwise be treated, putting women at risk.
