RBI withdrawing liquidity.

RBI raises the CRR to reduce the amount of money left with banks to sanction loans. 87,000 crores will be pulled back.

Repo Rate Hike by 40 BPS, will lead to increase in Loan Interest rates.

Now market will take time to absorb this shock and will move in consolidator mode for sometime. Do not expect returns like past!
