It started with a mission of “IT Literate Army/Def Forces” to empower the troops and their families. The objective of SOCC are as under:-

(a) To promote IT awareness among Def Pers and their families. (b) To provide the students a better study environment as compared to Private Institutes at a reasonable fee incl free education for widows & war casualties. (c) To provide employment opportunity for ex serviceman and placement assistance to the students.
