SCS Riverside International Academy

Students of Grades 4, 5, 6, and 7 from SCS Riverside International Academy visited the sewage treatment plant in Kavoor, Mangalore. The visit offered students a hands-on learning experience on how wastewater is treated and highlighted the importance of sustainable water management. It was an eye-opening experience to observe the various stages of treatment—from screening to tertiary treatment—and to understand how treated water is eventually supplied for industrial use. Organising this educational trip proved to be both insightful and enriching for the students.
