Ladakh Rural Livelihood Mission

Self Help Group (SHG) meetings are the backbone of the SHG movement. Every month, women come together in their homes, nearby community spaces, or village locations to discuss their progress, review their work, and explore new livelihood opportunities.
These meetings are a platform where members discuss savings, internal lending, and financial planning, while also addressing important social issues within their communities. More than just meetings, they are spaces of learning, support, and collective decision-making.
Our SHG members take great pride in attending these meetings regularly and actively participating in strengthening their groups. LRLM is proud of these inspiring women who are taking confident steps toward improving their lives and building stronger communities.
