Dr. V. Balakrishnan MA, Ph. D

Having his unique achievement of securing MA in Hindi Language and literature in 1987, with FIRST RANK of record high marks from University of Calicut. He has this in his credit for the last 30 years as the record has not been broken. Also he is one among the very few who qualified for JRF in 1988. He has his Doctorate in Hindi on “Problems of Translation in Hindi in Mass Communication in India”.
He Started in career in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan as Trained Graduate Teacher in 1989. Later joined Department of Official Language, under Government of India, as Lecturer in 1989. After a long service of 23 years he decided for voluntary retirement as Deputy Director (Implementation) in 2012.
He decided to focus then in the domain of Writing & Career Guidance. He have more than 1000 write-ups in his credit on Career related informative literature. He also engaged and actively conducted UGC NET guidance classes across Kerala for last few 7 years. He has a very vast experience in leading Civil Service training in Kerala, especially with Kerala State Civil Service Academy, Calicut, as its faculty member.
He is a prominent columnist in leading Malayalam dailies on current affairs and career related subjects. He have authored few books under “Goodwill Publications” for PSC related career guidance as well as under other publication houses in Kerala.
