We are delighted to announce that Smt Monali Paladhi and Sri Surankan Bhowmick have graciously agreed to judge the prelims stage of Alaap 2024.
Monali Mitra Paladhi was born into a musical family and commenced her singing journey under the guidance of her father, Late Sri Manick Chandra Paladhi, at a very young age. She showcased her talent on various prestigious platforms such as All India Radio and Doordarshan. Her training in Hindustani Classical music began with Late Sri Shanti Ranjan Sen and continued under the tutelage of Late Sri Kamal Chowdhury, a disciple of Ustad Amir Khan. Additionally, she learned Nazrul Geeti from Sri Kashinath Das and Smt. Ratri Bose, while honing her skills in semi-classical music from Bidushi Sipra Bose and Sri Baloo Dutt. Monali is renowned for her expertise in Nazrulgeeti, light classical music, and traditional Bangla songs.
Sri Surankan Bhowmick is the champion of Eto Sur aar Eto Gan, presented by DD Bangla 2013, Participant of Zee Bangla Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2015, State Music Academy Champion for Nazrul Geeti and Bhajan 2019 The Times of India Best male vocalist for Kishore Kumar Award 2022 Regular artist of various Television channel like Aakash Aath, Rupashi Bangla, Rplus, High news, Received so many appreciation from many corners of West Bengal and others State as well as Bangladesh Known face on social media.

We are delighted to announce that Sri Kajal Sengupta and Sri Snigdhadeb Sengupta have graciously agreed to judge the final stage of Alaap 2024.
Sri Kajal Sengupta, an illustrious figure in the realm of music, proudly serves as the Honorary Secretary of "Sarbabharatiya Sangeet o Sanskriti Parishad." Renowned for his profound expertise in Rabindrasangeet and a myriad of other musical genres, he stands as a beacon of artistry and dedication. With a trailblazing career marked by excellence, Sri Kajal Sengupta has garnered numerous accolades on both national and international stages. His unwavering commitment to the art of music has earned him prestigious awards and honors, making him a distinguished luminary in the world of melody. Beyond his accomplishments, Sri Kajal Sengupta's contributions extend far and wide, enriching the cultural tapestry with his exceptional talent. As a judge, his discerning ear and insightful critique promise to elevate any musical event, leaving an indelible mark on performers and audiences alike. We are honored to have such a maestro grace our event with his presence, adding an extra layer of brilliance to the celebration of art and culture.
Sri Snigdhadeb has learnt Hindustani Classical and Semiclassical music for 18 years from Debi Ranjan Bandyopadhyay and later also from Anjan Majumdar for a few years. He has been awarded the Golden Talent of Bengal by Pandit Ravi Kichlu Foundation and HMV in the junior group. He has also received awards and certicates if merit in competitive events organized by the West Bengal State Music Academy and the Dover Lane Music Conference. Snigdhadeb was awarded the Radio Mirchi Music Award Bangla as the male vocalist of the year in 2016 for his first Bangla original. He has been performing in different parts of the country and is now regularly performing in national and sattellite television and radio channels. He is known for contemporary Bangla originals, traditional Bangla songs and Nazrulgeeti to his audience. He has also been working as a composer recently.
