Under the India–US Trade Deal, Indian farmers remain fully protected, with no market access concessions on spices. Products such as celery seeds, fenugreek, ajwain, cassia, poppy seeds, mustard seeds, husk, and other spice seeds and powders remain excluded, safeguarding domestic interests.
