Typically, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please contact at the earliest and we will try to do whatever best we can. Your order starts processing within 12 working hours of order placement. Once the order starts processing we are unable to cancel the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care number or email us mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will refund the money only via cheque or NEFT/UPI transfer/paytm transfer/ net banking/bank transfer. Cheque will be sent only to the billing address of the customer. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s).
