Position: Guest Relationship Executive

Role & Responsibilities:
-Engage with guests on a regular basis and build a relationship with them
-Be conversant with all the guests and provide information about the same to the guests.
-Seek feedback from guests about their experience
-Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
-Guide customers for new offers
