👉Eating fresh leaves/shoots/flowers - Control blood pressure
👉Decoction (boiling) – Gargle for throat infection and tonsillitis
👉Eat leaf decoction, fresh shoots, and leaf for cough
👉Crush the leaf and apply on cuts and wounds (acts as an antiseptic)

Re-discovering, reintroducing, and reviving the forgotten Ancient rope! We’ve used Ayanglee (local name), a forest vine, which is more durable and flexible than cane, as lashing material/rope. Traditional techniques of lashing are rapidly disappearing. Today it is called survival knots. Let’s revisit and re-discover our traditional practices!!
