RSB recently marked a significant milestone in its Aftermarket journey with the inauguration of its new warehouse, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening the 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺.
The event was attended by RSB leadership along with representatives from Bain Capital. The event marked the launch of 𝗥𝗦𝗕 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗵𝘁𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽 for retailers, mechanics, and salespersons, designed to deliver meaningful rewards, engagement, and valuable insights.
Additionally, we unveiled our 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗦𝗕 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 - Performance Bhi, Bharosa Bhi, reflecting a modern and distinctive identity for our product portfolio.

RSB Transmissions has acquired Setco Auto Systems (SASPL), a leading supplier of MHCV clutch systems and aftermarket drivetrain solutions.
SASPL will become part of RSB’s platform, bringing together complementary strengths across drivetrain systems, manufacturing capabilities, and aftermarket solutions. The combined platform strengthens RSB’s presence across commercial vehicle segments and enhances its ability to serve both OEM and aftermarket customers.
The acquisition marks a step in RSB’s strategy to build a systems-led, multi-product automotive components platform with greater scale, product depth, and operational capability.
With continued support from Bain Capital, RSB is well positioned for its next phase of growth, with a focus on expanding product offerings, deepening customer relationships, and driving operational efficiency.
