A small Holi thought for today 🌸

Holi reminds us of a beautiful truth about life.

Colours bring joy only when we allow them to.

In the same way, peace enters our lives when we learn to release stress, forgive what weighs us down, and make space for happiness again.

This Holi, along with colours, may we also welcome calm minds, healthy bodies, and harmonious lives.
