Goals set the boundaries..
Habits break the boundaries..
Let me explain..
Those are driven by goals.. look at the finish line all the time..
Ones they reach the finish line.. they stop..
Those wo focus on habits.. are not driven by reaching a finish line.. The habit itself becomes a goal..
Let's say you want to lose 10 Kgs. You start exercising and eating less.. Ones you reach your goal... you feel you have arrived.. you stop exercising and start eating.. you gain 10 Kgs again..
What if you lose sight of the goal.. and focus on the habit of exercising daily and eating less.. then.. there is no finish line.. the habit itself becomes the goal.. yo consistently work to develop the right habit... there is no finish line.. if your habit itself becomes the goal..
Forget Goals..
Focus on Habits..
