Desktop /Customer Support /Backup engineer role [end to end] - fresher to 2+yrs exp
Responsible for handling Desktops,Printer,Laptop,Wireless AP, Antivirus,Firewall,Active directory,DCHP,DNS,Ip adressing, includes Pre - installation, Installation, Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshoot, Break Down maintenance, Customer interaction, Customer Facing,SMPS,UPS knowledge
Knowledge of Desktop Operating System like WINDOWS 10,8,7 ,Linux RHEL,SUSE,Ubantu ETC
SERVER O/S : windows server :2016,12,2008 etc
knowledge of ms-office and outlook configuration
Attend all the complaints immediately.
Interact with the customer support team and R&D for major issues.
Preferably done any additional technical training's like Hardware , Networking ,CCNA,MCSEetc..
Should have two wheeler. Flexible, Good communication (written/Oral)

Basic Qualification : DIPLOMA IN ELECTRONICS/GRADUATE
