GST Applicability CA IPCC & CA Final Exam May 2018 🙄
GST Bill has been passed very recently by the Rajya Sabha and CA Students are in confusion whether GST will be applicable for CA IPCC May,2017 and CA-Final May,2017 exams.

*Will GST Be applicable for May 2017 CA Exams ??
The Straight answer is 👉 NO.
Even though GST has already been approved by the Govt.,
the Final Bill is still need to be drafted and notified by the Central Government.
GST will surely not be applicable for next Nov 2017 CA Final and CA IPCC exams.

*GST Applicability for Nov 2017 Exam*
has officially announced that, CA-IPCC Students appearing in November, 2017 exams may note that GST will not be examined in Tax Paper.
Therefore, Students are to start studying the Existing Indirect Tax Laws as covered in the syllabus of Part II of this paper and not postpone their studies. 😊
