Responsibilities
• Support IVR Web Services (design, test, release and support)
• Support Integration to Twilio Voice and Message API
• Produce fully functional IVR Web Service writing clean code
• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
• Support writing of UI tests to identify malfunctions
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
• Design interfaces to improve user experience
• Liaise with Engineering Development team to plan new features
Requirements
• Microsoft .Net (including C # and/or VB)
• Experience with Twilio Voice and/or Messaging API
• Understanding HTTP request and response cycle
• Entity Framework
• Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
• Good Communications skills
• Be able to work multiple tasks

Experience - 4+ onwards

Node JS :

Must have hands on exp developing in Node JS and backend restful API integrations.
Must have experience with at least one of the web frameworks like React JS, Next JS or Popular JS frameworks.
Must have worked on one or more SQL databases preferably Aurora MYSQL
Must have work experience with AWS basic resources like ECS containers, API Gateway, Cloudfront etc required for web development
Good to have CICD experience preferably using code repo like Git, Build tools like Jenkins
Experience working in a support role helping triage bugs and troubleshoot production issues.
Understanding of the payments domain PCI compliance is a plus.
