Rae's

A journey that began even before 2009 with a small dream—one that grew from a little café in a fuel station into Rae’s Bakes, a home bakery filled with passion, perseverance, and countless memories. The road came with many highs and lows, and together we weathered Covid and many other bumps along the way.
Now, as I step into a new chapter that brings just as much joy, I do so with a full heart as I bid adieu to professional baking. Baking will forever remain a part of my heart and soul.
The hardest part is saying goodbye to my wonderful clients—you believed in me, supported my work, and truly made this journey possible. For that, I am endlessly grateful. Thank you for trusting me and my products; it has been an incredible ride.
While this chapter closes, baking will never leave me. I will continue to bake for the love of it and hope to share that joy through baking workshops in the future. For now, this is a year of embracing new beginnings.
