The Court has granted interim relief in favour of the Jammu & Kashmir Cricket Association in its suit against Javed Ahmad Kitab.
Pending further hearing, the Court has temporarily restrained the defendant from representing himself as President of JKCA, issuing communications, or taking administrative decisions in the Association's name. The Court has clarified that these directions are purely interim and do not amount to a final verdict on the merits of the case.
