What is the Sales / Growth Specialist's role?

A Growth Specialist is responsible for business development and sales in the organization. It is an important organizational role — considering that DeltaX is expanding into new markets and there are a lot of learning opportunities for budding growth specialists and sales enthusiasts.

The growth specialist is the person responsible for:

• Identify and analyze key potential clients and their requirements

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

• Perform effective online demos to prospects

• Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries

• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Undergraduate and postgraduate (any stream)

2. 50% and above aggregate score (in college)

Job Profile:-
We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our Digital Media Operations team. You will be working on a process focused on specific aspects of advertising campaigns.

At DeltaX we have been looking for a QA Engineer who is exceptionally good at his craft. There are there things that we are looking for:

Troubleshooter at heart. If things are broken; do you have the innate urge to find out why?
Relentless when it comes to getting the job done. At any point in time you will be working on multiple things; testing multiple modules. We want you to be relentless.
Creative troublemaker. We want someone who looks at testing as a creative process of breaking things or identifying flaws which developers have probably missed paying attention to.

That's all that we are looking for. We are not concerned with any tools or theoretical concepts or prior experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a member of the Quality Assurance team your responsibilities will include:

Testing the platform, identifying and documenting issues.
Preparing, executing manual test plans and implementing automation where needed.
Collaborating with the Developers and Product Managers to ensure high quality and the timely delivery of releases.
Identifying and proposing areas of improvement in the Quality Assurance process.
