I help people to understand the science behind the movement and correct nutrition for human performance.
In today's scenario where people are afraid to squat due to certain reasons. My father (age 65) being a Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) patient is squatting with his full range of motion .
His body is designed to squat like this only , for him squat (dand baithak) is sitting down and standing up .
People has limited joints mobility and muscles flexibility . Most of the people focus on techniques and posture in squat but nature has given you ability to squat down and stand up even with loads also . So how can we resist our body to act according to his own nature .
I have seen elders and young children's squat , they squat their ass to the ground but we resist our body to do so that we might get injured and it might hurt .
Ask a 3 year old child to sit and stand , they will show to how it's done even you can't performa that kind of perfect squat and I can bet on it .
You don't need to learn how to squat , focus on sitting and standing you will get it .
Squat is inbuilt in you . Just do it .
SQUAT
ASS TO GRASS .

Starting slow with proper form and techniques.
