I was introduced to this beautiful hidden spot in Abu Tor by the D. family, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for them. Their kids had the space to run around, pick flowers, and simply be themselves.
It’s easy to think of family photos only around big milestones like britot or bar mitzvot, but there’s something really meaningful about capturing the quieter moments too. The natural interactions, in a place where everyone feels comfortable, are often the ones that stay with you the longest.
If you’re looking for a more intimate and natural family session in Jerusalem, I’d love to create something like this with you.

"וַהֲקִמֹתִי אֶת בְּרִיתִי… לְדֹרֹתָם לִבְרִית עוֹלָם"
Four generations in one room.
Great-grandparents, grandparents, parents — and a newborn just entering the story. (Don't miss the last pic)
It was a real pleassure to capture the Brit of this perfect baby from the L. family into our clan, on such beautiful morning in the heart of Jerusalem. May our people only know days of joy.

Three kids running around, one more on the way, and somehow — pure magic. ✨
The Brandeis family drove up from Tel Mond and brought all their beautiful chaos with them. Golden hour did the rest.
There’s something about a growing family at this exact moment — right before everything shifts again — that I’ll never get tired of photographing.
Tag a family who needs to freeze this kind of moment 🧡Miry Eman Brandeis

I've been putting off introducing myself properly for a while.
So here it is — 7 things about me that might surprise you. Swipe through.
Some of them are about where I come from. Some are about what drives me. One of them involves an Emmy. Yes, really.
If you're here for the photography — it's all connected. Every shoot I do is rooted in the same thing: a quiet obsession with telling stories that matter.
I'd love to know which one surprised you most. Drop it in the comments 👇

Last week I had the pleasure of photographing the Merrill family (Marc Sarah Merrill) among the beautiful blooms of Givat HaTurmisim.
It was a joy working with them — relaxed parents and truly lovely kids who brought so much energy, laughter, and warmth to the afternoon.
The hills were covered in the iconic purple lupines that bloom here for a short window each spring, turning the landscape into something almost magical.
What none of us knew at the time was that this would be my last photoshoot before the war with Iran began.
Today, those same fields are still filled with flowers — but most of us are confined to our homes.

It was a pleasure photographing the D. family in the beautiful setting of Ya’ar Kadima. Working in a new location is always refreshing, and this forest offered the perfect backdrop of greenery and blooming flowers. The children were an absolute joy—truly the kind of energy and cooperation every photographer hopes for on a shoot. This is your reminder that now is the perfect time to step outside and capture your family surrounded by nature at its best.

What an honor to capture the Brit Milah of none other than my good friends Moi and Zisie's newborn, Emanuel Joseph! A beautiful, cozy, and delicious family gathering—everyone welcoming him to the tribe. With special guests ranging from grandparents who flew thousands of kilometers to great-grandmothers who came from the holy city of Jerusalem, the simcha was clearly felt that morning. May Emanuel Joseph be a blessing to his people, and may he live a blessed life. Lechayim!

It was truly an honor to be asked to capture this double milestone. Abe and Ben — it was a privilege to share such a significant day with you both. Your parents put so much heart into the details of your Bar Mitzvah, allowing you to celebrate in the holiest of places. Mazal Tov to you and your entire family; may your lives always be filled with joy and surrounded by those you love. 🤵🏻🤵🏻
