Mindfulness Based Intuitive Eating
07/11/2022
I am opening my coaching practice to clients who are interested in not only learning about Intuitive Eating, but actually in becoming Intuitive Eaters.
What does it mean to be an Intuitive Eater?
- Intuitive Eaters know that the best way to feel both mentally and physically well is to nurture a two way, trusting relationship with their bodies.
- Intuitive eaters know that they can trust their bodies to know what, when and how much to eat.
- Intuitive eaters know that they can eat any food without shame or guilt. All foods are morally equivalent.
- Intuitive eaters know that their self-worth is not defined by their weight, health or body shape.
- Intuitive eaters refuse to let the diet and wellness cultures come in the way of a life worth living.
What is non-diet coach?
- A coach helps you meet yourself with curiosity and understanding.
- A coach helps you identify the beliefs, thoughts and emotions that are preventing you from moving forward towards a value driven life.
- A coach helps you learn to believe in yourself and trust your body.
- A coach helps you develop emotional resilience, so you can be with and process any emotion that arises.
- A coach helps you integrate the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating from a place of love, rather than a place of fear.
- A coach helps you liberate yourself from diet culture, create new beliefs, think new thoughts and achieve your goals.
- A coach helps you make peace with food and live a life free of food obsession.
- A coach helps you develop the confidence to show up in the world, independent of body size.
- A coach helps you learn to respect your body for all it does for you and treat it accordingly with compassion and care.
- A coach reminds you that you have the power to change your life, right now.
- A coach reminds you that you are inherently worthy of love. You are enough.
