Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of students from אור לחינוך to CaPow.

What started as a room full of energy, curiosity, and questions quickly turned into something much more meaningful.

The students met with our CEO and Co-Founder, Prof. Mor Peretz, and joined an open discussion with members of our team, including Avichai Pearl and Guy Benvenisty, who shared their personal journeys, career experiences, and what it means to build technology that solves real-world challenges.

From engineering and innovation to perseverance and opportunity, the conversation was filled with thoughtful questions and inspiring moments.

The future of technology will be shaped by the next generation. If yesterday was any indication, that future is in good hands.

A big thank you to Or LaChinuch for the opportunity, and to everyone at CaPow who took part in making the visit so special.

We had the honor of hosting the Ambassador of Azerbaijan in our labs today.

We showcased a live Genesis demo - power delivered to mobile robots while they operate.

The visit focused on exploring future collaborations around energy and automation.

Yes, if you were driving into Georgia World Congress Center and saw our brand up there… you weren’t mistaken.

That was us.

And you’ll keep seeing us. Everywhere.

Because 100% uptime isn’t a promise.
It’s the new standard.

Most operations are designed around peak.

But peak is not the norm.
It’s the constraint.

In the roundtable with Tom Raftery and industry leaders, one idea stood out:

We keep building systems for extremes - and paying for it the rest of the time.

That’s why peak-to-average ratio matters more than most teams realize.
It quietly drives fleet size, layout decisions, and overall efficiency.

The real opportunity isn’t handling peak better.
It’s reducing the need to design around it in the first place.

Optimization got us far.
It’s not enough anymore.

In this roundtable, Mor Peretz shares a clear point: the next phase of supply chains won’t be defined by more automation, but by how decisions are made and executed across the system.

Worth a watch if you’re thinking about where operations are actually heading.

We’re excited to welcome a group of experienced industry leaders to CaPow’s Advisory Board.

These are people who have led real automation programs at scale - and their decision to join reflects a broader shift happening across the industry.

Uptime is becoming the expected standard.
Energy is no longer a constraint - it’s infrastructure.

Thank you to The Supply Chainers’ and RoboticsTomorrow for covering the announcement:

And to our advisors - thank you for joining us on this journey.

Downtime is a choice.

📣 We’re proud to be selected among the Top 14 Techpreneurs of 2026 by the Innovation World Cup Series 🥳 and to present at Hannover Messe.
As automation scales, uptime becomes the constraint.
And when uptime becomes the constraint, energy becomes infrastructure.
That’s the shift we’re building toward.

We’re proud to announce that CaPow has been named one of the Top 100 Israeli Retail Tech companies for 2025/26!

Valentine’s Day at CaPow focused on what truly powers us - our people.

We were honored to host Avigail Oknin for a powerful session on relationships - especially the one we have with ourselves. Because how we lead, collaborate, and build starts from within.

Technology moves fast. Culture keeps it moving.

Thank you to Ilana Ginzburg Vaknin for bringing this meaningful experience to our CaPowers.
