Excited to share this beautiful bedroom design!🤍

When you design a master bedroom for your mom and you know she deserves a hotel feel room🤗

The challenge was to create the feel of a big room without breaking any walls.

Here are some of my design secrets that I used:

✅WALL TO WALL CURTAINS:
Create an illusion of bigger and wider wall. In this bedroom I also used the trick of the height, if you hang the curtains from floor to ceiling you will get the feel of a taller and higher room.

✅LARGE WHITE MIRROR:
The bigger the better! it brings lots of light and opens the space with the reflection from it.

✅ SOFT, TONAL COLOUR PALETTES:
Keep it light and use n**e colours, it brings a more fresh and spacious feel.

✅FLOATING VANITY:
For a small space it is important to keep the floor space free, so use the wall not the floor and that will give a more light and airy feeling to the room.

Lighting in Design

Lighting isn’t just functional—it shapes the mood of a space. In this project, I used a layered approach: soft pendant lights over the island and the T.V wall, a sculptural ceiling fixture in the living, and natural light through sheer curtains. Each one plays a role in setting a calm, cohesive atmosphere.

Which space in your home needs a lighting refresh?

A beautiful vase ties a room together and acts as a great base for the triangle method due to the height that it adds, my favourite is a ceramic or glass vase with gold accents, I have filled this stunning vase from with eucalyptus for a fresh feel 🌿
