BOOKING GUIDELINES- 🩷

• Please send a detailed message outlining what you need done.
• Please give a timeframe on when you need your clean carried out.
• Please provide as many pictures as possible of your property so our staff can give a better price quote.
• Please notify us of any mould, damage or severely damaged items in the property before hand.
• Please notify us if you have any animals in the property.

ON THE DAY OF THE CLEAN-

• Please vacate the property while the clean is being carried out, you are welcome to be there to welcome staff and again to see them go. An empty home will result in a better clean.
• Please let staff know if there is a specific product you want used on a certain appliance etc. If you have the product on hand have it available if we don’t have it with us.
• Please understand all staff are human and if the property isn’t finished in the time frame given upon booking it is not the staffs fault. More time is always suggested if the staff thinks it will not be completed within the time frame given on booking (at an additional cost) if the customer is willing to take it.
• Please be respectful of all our staff coming to your home as they are only doing their job.

There will also be a cancellation fee of €50 for anyone who cancels up to 24 hours before the clean is taken place.
If this is not paid you will be blacklisted.
