Cascade Group

A little sneak peek of our on-going Drumcondra project! We’re constructing 28 apartments across stylish three and six storey blocks with full site service and landscaping. Designed by FKL Architects, this development will enrich the local neighbourhood with modern, quality living.

Cascade Group is thrilled to have led the ambitious 8-month redevelopment of the Arboretum Garden Centre; we managed ground preparation, substructure work, and coordinated the complex electrical and mechanical installations - all while the centre remained operational!

This project features cutting-edge sustainable infrastructure, including solar power, underfloor heating, and rainwater harvesting, strongly aligning with our commitment to environmentally responsible construction.

We partnered with top international experts in construction, design, engineering, and sustainability - working closely with Rabensteiner, who expertly pre-fabricated the glasshouse superstructure, and Johnston Shopfitters, who brought the interior fit-out to life.

The result? 17 immersive exhibition gardens that beautifully blend natural landscapes with contemporary retail design - making the Arboretum Ireland’s most advanced garden centres. We couldn’t be prouder!
