We’re proud to celebrate the 32 graduates who have completed Mercury’s 2024–26 Graduate Programme and are growing into the future leaders of our business.

Having completed 18 months of training and structured development, the ceremony provided an opportunity for this group to present their final projects to members of Mercury’s Leadership Team.

Completing Mercury’s Graduate Programme is just the beginning of a journey full of possibilities. We are excited to see these talented graduates progress into leaders at Mercury and across the wider industry.

In 2025, Mercury invested €400,000 to improve outcomes for young people and families in the communities where we live and work across Europe.

Aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals of Good Health & Wellbeing, Quality Education and Zero Hunger, we partnered with organisations championing mental wellbeing, empowering at-risk youth by expanding access to education, strengthening children’s health and cancer care, and tackling food insecurity.

Partnering with these organisations has helped us support the people in our communities - with dignity, care and opportunity. Our giving programme reflects what matters most to us as a company, and it’s powered by people.
