Safe Events
We plan, manage, consult & educate. We're part of the Cuckoo Events group. Cuckoo is a multi-award-winning event management business founded in 2012. We operate out of the same office and benefit from the same experience, skills & expertise. With large-scale event planning and Event & Crowd Safety becoming a bigger and bigger part of what Cuckoo was doing, Safe Events was a natural progression.

Event pic of the week!
Taken by Kris Dailly, Operational Safety Manager who’s working with the team out at XP preparing for the live show this weekend.
Kris said “How do you turn a vision into reality? One container, one lift, one team at a time.
This structure didn’t just appear—it resulted from a massive team effort. Led by the site management team, it brought together suppliers, crane operators, plant operators, crew, and the safety team, each contributing to its success.
It was a well-coordinated effort, from the precision of each crane lift to the hands-on work of aligning and securing every piece. The crane operators executed each lift with care, the ground crew worked tirelessly to ensure every step was smooth, and local suppliers delivered exactly what was needed right on time.
Safety played a vital role—not as the star, but as an integral part of the process. Barriers were repositioned to create safe zones, welds were inspected, and maintaining communication flow seamlessly between teams, ensuring every step followed the plan.”
