The names Women's Aid recorded into one graphic. Since their records began in 1996, 244 women have died violently. Where the case has been resolved, 87% of women were killed by a man they knew while 13% of women by a stranger. Helen Chu (former Dublin Lord Mayor) be writing to our government leaders the names with this list & ask what action they plan to take especially in terms of education & criminal reform. It is asked that each of us particularly our male allies share this list & have conversations on how each woman suffered & how they can help end this cycle.
