Being happy within allows you to create and maintain healthier relationships with yourself as well as those around you. As it is we believe it’s important to share some self care tips. A questionnaire was placed on my story earlier where you were asked to share your own self care practices, many of which were on this list ✅ Some people responded that they don’t practice self care frequently which is fine but here are some ideas you can implement in your life to become more self aware 💗
