DFB Strong

Well done to DFB Strong athlete who finished 2nd overall in the Ireland's Natural Strongest Man! Cathal battled hard against a very strong pack and secured the silver medal, only losing out to who was just a different level on the day.

Next stop is in March where Cathal returns to challenge for a spot in the final!

Special mention to Donegal firefighter who successfully defended his u90kg title in another dominant performance!
