ALF Creative

Léargas is an innovative second language learning programme designed to introduce Key Stage 2 pupils in English medium schools to Irish language and culture.

It is fun based and incorporates games, music and activities to support the delivery of the revised curriculum. The programme is taught in the classroom on a weekly basis.

ALF Creative was delighted to be given the opportunity to work on this exciting project, giving a unique opportunity to work on the delivery manual, PowerPoint resources and worksheets across a range of topics.

Working with the amazing team at Cultúrlann Uí Chanáin and expecially Carol Nic Conmara and John Dobbins, we wanted to deliver a programme that reflected the love for delivering the Irish language.
