Just a little reminder folks that RTE's Operation Transformation team are hitting Co. Carlow tomorrow (Saturday) at 10am. They will be in Carlow to film the county's 5km walk and everyone is welcome to attend. Carlow is one of just seven locations that they are filming in this year so let's dust off the old runners and join in! The walk leaves from the county council offices on the Athy Road, Carlow town. Let's get healthy!

Aaaaannnndddd, its Friday! Phew! If you still havent committed to some new year's resolutions, you might want to consider heading along to St Columba's NS this coming Wednesday. They are only after starting up a table tennis club for adults! go team!

Disappointing news for Tullow, but after three years Tullow Country Market have ceased trading. They've thanked everyone for their support. Hopefully some other group might take up the mantle - it would be a shame to lose such an amenity in the town.
