oilmore, South Kerry and U21 level with Kerry until a spinal injury ended his playing career at the age of 21. He has spent time in the National Rehabilitation centre in Dun Laoghaire where he had to retrain how to walk and learn to live with the constraints of a spinal injury. He has over 12 years coaching experience working from juvenile to senior level. He has worked with and managed junior, intermediate, and senior club teams in both Kerry & Cork. He has vast experience working in the areas of strength & conditioning, GAA coaching, video and statistical analysis. He is a primary teacher and has a keen interest in youth development, wellbeing & fitness.
