A few shots of another decentralised heat recovery system recently fitted! This residential 2 bed new build development in Co. Meath was supplied and fitted by ourselves. The Easy-fan system with the inbuilt insulated blocks helps the house achieve the following:

✅ Market leading 90% heat recovery (A quick example, used air is drawn out through the fan at a typical 21⁰c and is new fresh air is drawn back in whilst been heated through the exchanger to 19⁰c)
✅ Reduced energy bills compared to traditional extract systems and background ventilation systems
✅ Inbuilt washable dust/pollen filters to reduce pollen within the dwelling.
✅ Easy tool free covers to allow for removal of the cover to clean the filters.
✅ Eliminates thermal bridging due to the inbuilt insulated block.

The system above also works very well with renovations/retrofits to existing dwellings due to no ducting being required throughout the house.
