We had a new start day with EMG 🦅 Sales and brought everyone up to Dublin

But what the was really about… was opportunity.

A lot of people looking in at our business think you need experience to get started in sales — you don’t.

What we focus on is attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Everything else, we teach.

Today was about bringing people together, giving them hands-on training, support, and the chance to actually understand what this industry is about.

We had new starts in from Cork, Limerick, Navan, Cavan & Kildare — all different backgrounds, most with little or no sales experience.

Everyone comes in on a basic salary, with a clear platform to grow, develop, and succeed.

We coach them, we mentor them, and we give them a real opportunity to build something for themselves.
