So it’s time to prepare yourself and stock up on your favourite coffee beans for this iced coffee recipe:

● Peanut butter
● Coffee
● Ice
● Frothed cold milk
● You can add caramel… if you’re not scared of a little sugar 😌

With the heatwave we have in Ireland this week, this is your sign to start preparing iced tea this evening ☀️🧊

All you need is loose leaf black tea, fresh mint, lemon, honey and plenty of ice.

Leave it to steep slowly, chill it down overnight, and tomorrow you’ll have a refreshing homemade iced tea ready to enjoy.

I don’t think tea has to be complicated.

That’s what I love about loose leaf tea - the smell, the colours, the little ritual of making it. It turns a normal moment into something a bit softer.

So today is a good excuse to make your favourite cup and actually enjoy it 💚
