WORCESTSHIRE SAUCE 

This is so EASY to make, you can easily make it your own. There is so much flavour packed in this sauce, you’ll never need to buy a store bought one ever AGAIN! It is such a versatile condiment you’ll be amazed how much it enhances your recipes :) 

Ingredients:
* 1 cup apple cider vinegar
* 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari (gluten-free option)
* 1 tsp dark soy sauce for colour
* 2 tbs maple syrup
* 2 tbstomato paste
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1/2 tsp ground ginger
* 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
* 1/4 tsp ground cloves
* 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
* Pinch of salt (or to taste)
Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients - apple cider vinegar, soy sauce or tamari, maple syrup, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground black pepper, and salt.
2. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer.
4. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce gently simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings to your preference, adding more salt or spices if desired.
6. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the Worcestershire sauce cool down.
7. Once cooled, transfer the sauce to a jar and store it in the refrigerator.
8. Allow the flavours to meld together by refrigerating the sauce for at least a few hours or overnight before using.
